Recipe Fourtalia

• eggs
• 6 potatoes
• 4 sausages (washers)
• 2 tbsp mint
• 1/2 cup milk
• grated cheese (dry cheese)
• Salt and pepper
• Oil (for frying)

Beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper, mint and grated cheese in a deep bowl. Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Fry the sausages in a little olive oil. Remove the sausages, add olive oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Add the sausages and egg mixture and bake until golden brown on both sides. Serve warm!
